To fulfill the development requirements and improving the management, we have always been committed to the construction of the information equipment. Since the second half of last year, our company has made a comprehensive upgrade in the following aspects: a newly-built computer room, adding new equipment, upgrading the EPR system, network and mailbox system.
The construction of the machine room is the foundation of the company's informatization. AS the original machine room could not meet the company's requirements, we decide to build an new one. Since October, 2017, funds have been invested to build an new machine room which is in line with national standards. Uninterruptible power supply system (UPS host + battery pack) has been used to provide safe and reliable operation guarantee for the machine room. In order to prevent the equipment from being affected by lightning strikes and electromagnetic waves, the machine room is laid with a copper skeleton, which is connected to the ground floor, and anti-static flooring is installed as well. To achieve constant temperature and humidity in the room, Reddies air conditioning system and fresh air ventilation system are specially installed. We use a distribution frame for the terminal connectors in the machine room. Six types of distribution frame are adopted, equipped with a cable wire wrapper.
ERP system is an important management tool for modern companies. The EDP system we used previously was from Belgium. As the company's business volume is increasing gradually, our company introduced the world's top ERP system SAP (sap business one) in November 2017. Compared with EDP systems, SAP system is more comprehensive. Targeted to meet the needs of our company, it can add individual modules to improve the management and reduce the operating costs, so that our company can be more competitive in the same industry.
Network construction is the core of machine room construction. The company purchased an H3C core layer switch in December, 2017. The network adopts a firewall + core three-layer switch + convergence layer switch + desktop access switch, which makes it more stable to meet the needs of the employees. At the same time, the company's wireless coverage has also been restructured. We have adopted SANGFOR wireless device which is an industry-leading company, and Xinrui NAC + AP technology to provide employees and customers with stable, high-speed wireless access.
The mailbox system is a core part of our information system. In order to improve the efficiency and meet the personalization requirements of the employees, the company launched Microsoft's Exchange mailbox in January, 2018. Exchange mailbox enjoys the highest market share in the world. It not only provides basic mail service, but also has high availability and high reliability.
Now we are in the process of global economic integration. With the development of Internet information technology, IT has become one of the most important competitiveness for a company. The successful upgrading of the company's hardware and software indicates that our company has taken an important step towards the goal of "enterprise comprehensive informatization".
